Joshua was a BC that came to Riverbank Farm as an unappreciated 3 year old working dog. Joshua was able to provide Matt with his first experience of having a "working dog partner". He was always respectful of the livestock and Matt's direction, and could apply a very assertive bite to ornery sheep and cattle while gently moving ducks thru arena courses. Josh loved to work the livestock and only needed to earn two advanced cattle scores and one advanced duck score to complete his WTCH. Unfortunately, the arthritis in Josh's lower back became too much for him to endure, curbing his competition life at age 7 and he passed on at the age of 10.
